2024-2025 Tuition Chart and Payment Policies 

Monday August 26, 2024-Saturday May 24, 2025 (May 12-17: Snow make up & tech week)

If you register in September, you have the option of 8, 4 payments or you may pay in full. After September, consult with the director about prorated payment options. As indicated below discounts are offered for the students with 2 or more classes registered. 

Missed lesson due to illness, vacation or bad weather days may be made up within the school year. This is especially useful for students taking one class a week.

(Please inquire about need-based/merit scholarship/payment option and military discounts.)

Spring Recital fee (due March 15): $90 per student ($55 per sibling)

For each additional Dance piece: $55. 

Includes: venue rental cost, costume rental, rehearsals & access to the performance video. 

*Please note that there will be no ticket fees! Entrance to the performance will be free for everyone. 

The first payment is due with registration.

The registration fee is $25 for each family, each school year and is added to the first payment. 

If you paid in full (quarterly x 4), there is no registration fee. 

8-pay plan is due on the 1st of each month, September – April. 

Quarterly tuition is due at registration, November 1, 2024, January 15 and March 15, 2025.

There is a $10 fee for late payments. 

Returned check fee: $50. 

You are liable to the next payment unless you notify the school in writing of withdrawal at least 10 days before the next payment is due.  

There are no refunds or credits for any reason unless the BalletSchool cancels the entire course OR a serious life threatening illness prohibits the student from continuing. 

**When you sign the registration form, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to abide by all of theses policies. Unsigned forms will not be accepted. **
